Administration Fee

The administration of service charges is a complex and specialist service which places a number of legal responsibilities on the landlord, such as completion consultations in respect on the provision and supply of services and also arranging works to properties. Additionally, where services are provided to tenants & leaseholders these contracts need to be written, tendered, and then managed to ensure contractors performance and works are at acceptable standards. Finally, the administration of correspondence to tenants and leaseholders to show expenditure is an annual process which takes time and resources. We will discuss during this consultation how these fees will be calculated and charges to tenants and leaseholders.

 

Charges from External Managing Agents

Charges from external agents will simply be passed on the same rate as paid by MKCC.
