Intensive Housing Management (IHM)

IHM is where we as the landlord provide tenants with a more robust and comprehensive management service. Examples might be where we normally visit a site once a month but due to anti-social behaviour we have to visit daily. Another example will be where we spend more time ensuring that residents can sustain their tenancies. IHM is not support, so we do not undertake any personal services like shopping or assisted bathing.

 

Security officers

The cost of providing any additional staff to provide security. We do not have any sites where this is currently necessary.

 

Waking Night Support

This is support provided to residents where the support worker / trained carer is awake during the night to respond to the care needs of the persons needing care.
