Milton Keynes Council intends to make the following named traffic regulation Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 4(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: 

1. Milton Keynes City Council (The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes) (Central Milton Keynes (On-Street Standard Tariff Parking Places) Order 2020) Variation Order 2025 
2. Milton Keynes City Council (The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes) (Central Milton Keynes (On-Street Premium Tariff Parking Places) Order 2020) Variation Order 2025 

The general effect of the above proposed Orders will be as follows: 

• to remove all existing car share parking places in Central Milton Keynes and replace with standard tariff and premium tariff parking places. 
• To remove all existing free and limited waiting parking places in Central Milton Keynes and replace with standard tariff and premium tariff parking places.

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-420
