Milton Keynes City Council owns over 10,600 rented properties, including 800 homes for older people, known as Sheltered Housing. We are updating our Sheltered Housing services to meet customer needs, comply with new regulatory standards like Consumer Standards, and ensure value for money.

We will collate the responses from Part Two options and cost survey. We can then use this information to prepare our decision. A report of results will follow in due course.
