Local Authority Data Return
Timescales
Our deadline to submit the LADR data for 2023 to 2024 is 12 July 2024. We will publish the data shortly after. The government normally publishes the district-level data in November.
Measures and our performance
The collections below show the local as well as district-level data details of social housing stock owned by Local Authorities and details rents reported for low cost rental (Social and Affordable Rents).
