Milton Keynes Council intends to make the following named traffic regulation Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 4(1), 32(1), 35, 35A and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

Milton Keynes City Council (Eaglestone) (Residents Permit Parking Area) Order 2024

The effect of the above proposed Order will be to introduce a residents permit parking area on part of Golden Drive in Eaglestone.

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-404.
