Milton Keynes Council intends to make the following named two traffic regulation Orders under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (3), 84(1), (2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: 

1. MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (GROVEWAY (H9), MILTON KEYNES) (40MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2025 
2. MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (GROVEWAY (H9), MILTON KEYNES) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN AND U-TURN) ORDER 2025 

The general effect of the above proposed Order will be to introduce a 40mph speed restriction, right turn ban and U-turn ban on parts of Groveway (H9).

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes City Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-428. 

The closing date for this consultation is 03 April 2025.
