Procurement Act 2023
The current procurement regulations will be changing, and a new set will replace them. The implementation of the new Procurement Act 2023 has been delayed until February 2025. The new Regulations will be known as the Procurement Act 2023. The new Regulations will change how public procurement is carried out with an aim to improve the way suppliers, services and works are procured for the public sector.

If your business supplies goods, works or services to Milton Keynes City Council, other Public Sector or Utility Sectors or you hope to do so in the future you will need to be registered on the Central Digital Platform.
