Milton Keynes Community Occupational Therapy service supports adults who live in the Milton Keynes Unitary Authority area and have any of a wide range of long-term physical disabilities.  

Depending on the outcome of an assessment, the service may provide advice, equipment or make recommendations for changes to the individual’s living environment, including Disabled Facilities Grants(DFG's), or recommend re-housing.

The service accepts referrals from anyone.
