MK Inclusive Tennis

MK Inclusive Tennis

The mission of MK INCLUSIVE TENNIS PARTICIPATION is to provide tennis in a friendly and safe environment to those who do not have access to a local tennis club as well as socially or financially disadvantaged children and adults of all ages and abilities.

We aim to provide the opportunity to all to access and play tennis whilst promoting higher self-esteem, optimism, a healthier lifestyle, discipline, responsibility and teamwork.

We run tennis at school satellite clubs, as in-curriculum or after schools clubs at primary schools and in community venues throughout Milton Keynes.  Please go to our programmes page for details of sessions in and around Milton Keynes that anyone and everyone can join.

We currently coach wheelchair, visually impaired, deaf / hearing impaired and learning disability tennis sessions.  Come along and join in with any of our sessions and enjoy the first lesson for free, you have nothing to lose and plenty to gain.

Recently, we obtained funding from the Disability Tennis Network, part of The Tennis Foundation and have been delivering in-curriculum lessons at the special schools in Milton Keynes to children with autism and other learning disabilities.

We would also very much like to deliver sessions to disabled community groups, so if you are interested, please get in touch to discuss the possibilities.
