Fierce Worth: Self-esteem

At the end of the workshop, participants will feel more confident to:

  • Understand the importance of good Mental Health & Physical Health.
  • Recognise that you have worth and are worthy of happiness.
  • Explore, express and share our feelings when asked "How are you?"
  • Look at how low and high Self-esteem can affect our Mental health.
  • Discover Self-esteem and confidence building tips & tools.

Fierce You: Mental Strength:

At the end of this workshop, participants will feel more confident to:

  • Understand the importance of Mental Health and Physical Health.
  • Look at their personal stressors using the Stress Bucket tool.
  • Explore self-esteem building tools using the five ways to wellbeing.
  • Consider how to maintain or regain good Men­tal Health yourself and identify strategies to help cope with stress at home and work using the wellbeing action plans.

Fierce Fun: Happiness and Gratitude

Our brains need passion, play and release at work and a Fierce Fun workshop brings you exactly that.

Laugh away the stress with activities such as:

  • Fun mindful games.
  • Brain gym exercises.
  • Minute to win it, and so much more.

Participants will feel refreshed and re-energised and fiercely focused.

Fierce Love: Healthy Relationships

At the end of the workshop, participants will feel more confident to:

  • Identify what creates a healthy, respectful rela­tionship and consider how they want to be treated.
  • Begin to identify what behaviours are defined as unhealthy or abusive using the power and control wheel.
  • Recognise their wants, needs and desires.
  • Identify the qualities to make a healthy relationship.

Fierce Peers: Wellbeing Champions

This programme aims to give participants the skills and knowledge they need to safeguard their mental health and that of their peers.

Educators will work through a mental health awareness workbook which covers the topics of stigma and discrimination, spotting the signs including non-judgemental listening and the responsibilities of a peer educator.
