DLF helps the public and healthcare professionals find out about daily living equipment and assistive technology.

The Disabled Living Foundation (DLF), a national charity providing impartial advice, information and training on independent living for over 40 years, has joined forces with Shaw Trust.  

Its mission is to help people deal with the impact of disability or advancing age and to maintain choice, independence and control over their lives. It does this by giving access to expert advice and impartial information that makes a practical difference to daily life. DLF has a team of 26 whole-time equivalent staff.
