Milton Keynes Diabetes Specialist Team supports the care provided by GP's and practice nurses and manages the care of patients with difficult to control or complicated diabetes.

The service is available to people over 18 who are registered with a Milton Keynes General Practitioner (GP). The service accepts referrals from GP's, practice nurses or district nurses. Drop in clinics are available (see webpage for clinic information).
