This service is available for children who are registered with a Milton Keynes General Practitioner (GP) or where there is an agreement in place with a neighbouring clinical commissioning group (CCG) to provide the service.  There are criteria for using the service (see webpage for full information).

Milton Keynes Children with Complex Needs Service offers home care and medical supplies for children with complex needs.  The service provides nursing care and support to families of children who have complex medical needs, palliative care needs, including end-of-life care, complex epilepsy, haemoglobinopathies, neurodisability and degenerative conditions, and the management of complex continence issues.
