Early help for children/young people and their families when they need it most, in the North area of Milton Keynes.

Children and Families Practices (CFPs) aim to make sure that children (up to 25 years old) and their families receive the right level of support when they need it most. There are three teams based in local areas to ensure that support is accessible to children, young people and their families.  

The CFP workers: 

• Invest in families to improve outcomes for children and young people
• Focus on children, young people and families with additional and considerable needs
• Deliver services using evidence based approaches
• Empower families to take control of their lives
• Use a team around the family approach
