Properties for sale (commercial/land/residential)

From time to time council properties become surplus to requirements. In order to get the best value for money the council agree to sell these properties on the open market. Details of these sales are marketed by external partners. Residential properties that are deemed beyond economical repair and/or surplus to requirement are sold either by Estate Agent or by auction as appropriate. As these come up we will publish the details on this page.
