Designation of Neighbourhood Area
Following a Neighbourhood Planning Officer decision on 1 May 2020, the area put forward by Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council in its Neighbourhood Plan Area Application has now been approved as a Neighbourhood Plan Area.
To comply with regulation 7 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Milton Keynes Council is publicising the following details:
- the name of the Neighbourhood Area: Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Neighbourhood Area
- the name of the relevant body who applied for designation: Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Town Council
- a map of the designated area can be viewed at: Map of Bletchley Neighbourhood Area

Submission and Consultation
Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council have applied to Milton Keynes Council, in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012, to designate a Neighbourhood Plan Area for the Parish of Bletchley and Fenny Stratford. The Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Neighbourhood Plan is being led by Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council.
In accordance with Regulation 6 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 Milton Keynes Council is consulting residents and other interested stakeholders on this application. A copy of the consultation statement can be viewed below:
