Our car sharing scheme is the most successful of its kind in the UK and is suitable for employees working in Central Milton Keynes.  Benefits include:

How to apply

Once you have found a sharer(s), you need to nominate a lead applicant who will submit the application on your behalf - a permit can cover up to four vehicles, although only one can use the permit at any one time.  Permits cost £130 a year per person or £65 per person for 6 months. Please read the guidance notes before you register for an account.

Please note that you can only use the car share permit if you and your car sharer(s) travel to work together. It cannot be used for any other purpose like shopping. 

If your car sharer no longer works within Central Milton Keynes we will suspend your permit for a period of up to 18 months to allow you time to find another person to car share with if you have at least 9 months remaining on the permit.

Please be aware that we undertake random checks and can call your employers - if you or your sharer changes employer but still works within Central Milton Keynes you should notify us of the change as this will not affect your eligibility to car share.
