BalancED MK is a Community Interest Company (CIC) supporting people affected by disordered eating, including anorexia, bulimia and over eating issues.

It provides support through:

• recovery focused self-support groups
• nutritional guidance
• support for loved ones
• specialist one to one recovery 
• general outreach and training about eating disorders
