The Urgent Care Team is the gateway into mental health services for adults in Milton Keynes. The team reviews all new referrals and will either signpost referrals to the correct team or where an urgent response is required the team will make contact with the client or referrer to gain further information and plan support.



The team is multi-disciplinary with Doctors, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists and support workers. Where needed the team will offer a short period of support to assist clients who have urgent mental health needs.
