Why we need your information

In line with Consumer Standards, to ensure we deliver good quality and fair services to all of our tenants and leaseholders, we need accurate and up to date information about you and any specific needs or requirements you may have.

We will be contacting tenants and leaseholders to ensure the information we hold is accurate and up to date, and that any missing information about you is captured.

What information we need

Examples of some of the types of information we will ask for include:

  • Personal details:  This includes information such as your title, full name, date of birth, and gender. We will also ask for information like your nationality and ethnicity.  
  • Contact information: We will ask you for phone numbers and an email address as well as the best way to get hold of you. We will also ask about any language barriers or other communication considerations we may need to make.
  • Additional information: We will also ask you for some sensitive information such as any information about a disability or vulnerability or any reasonable adjustments you may require. 
  • Household information: We will ask about the people who live with you.

  • Allow us to effectively manage and fulfil our landlord services and obligations to you.
