Please note, if the streetlight you are reporting has recently been upgraded to LED, it will look different to the older, orange sodium glow and it will come on in the evening later than before due to the new sensor. If the light is still off after sunset for a significant amount of time (e.g., over 2 hours) then please report it.

This list is updated each month to include information about large or complex streetlighting schemes that may take longer to complete than usual repairs. 

The repairs required may be very costly so we would need to plan any works within our annual streetlighting budget. Cabling faults can take time to investigate as we may need to dig up the verge and check sections of the cable to determine where the fault is.

We also work with the power distribution company (Western Power/National Grid) who disconnect and reconnect the power supply.
