Licensing policy
The Council's licensing policy relates to the licensing of places that sell alcohol, provide entertainment (such as music, films, and plays) and that sell hot food after 11pm.
The policy deals with how applications are dealt with and the licensing system. The policy is relevant to the licensed trade and also anyone who is affected by licensable activities (for example residents close to licensed premises).
