Milton Keynes Council has prepared the following Order entitled:

THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON KEYNES (FOOTPATH 11 HANSLOPE (PART) & FOOTPATH 52 HANSLOPE) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021

The Council has the powers to make a Public Path Diversion Order under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 if it is satisfied that it is necessary for the footpath or bridleway to be diverted in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted by the council.

Milton Keynes Council is now formally consulting on the proposed Public Path Diversion Order and therefore invites you to formally comment on the proposals.

Statutory consultation on the above proposal will start on 17 June 2021 and conclude on 16 July 2021.

Any representations about or objections to the Order together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to the Head of Legal Services, Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ to be received no later than 16 July 2021, quoting reference PE-NR-024607.
