The purpose of this document is to provide planning and design guidance for the development of this site in Shenley Wood. 

This will aid the development process, by allowing developers to submit informed proposals that respond to Council (MKC), landowner and other local stakeholder expectations for the site, and respect the requirements of MKC planning policy.

The brief has been prepared to help deliver Plan MK.

The consultation process associated with the preparation of this development brief is intended to give all interested parties full opportunities to set out their aspirations for the site and to identify constraints that need to be accommodated.
