Consultation
Milton Keynes City Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct traffic calming measures consisting of six raised tables on Aylesbury Street, Denmark Street, Eden Close, George Street and Church Street, Fenny Stratford.
The raised tables be situated along the following lengths of road and will be constructed at a height 75mm and will extend across the entire width of the carriageway:
- Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford – from a point 31.9 metres north-east of the centreline of its junction with George Street, for a distance of 7.6 metres in a north-easterly direction.
- Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford – from a point 21.3 metres north-east of of the centreline of its junction with Denmark Street, for a distance of 7.6 metres in a north-easterly direction.
- Denmark Street, Fenny Stratford – from point of 1.6 metres from junction with Aylesbury Street, for a distance of 8.2 meters in a north-westerly direction.
- Eden Close, Fenny Stratford – from its junction with Aylesbury Street, for a distance of 4.6 meters in a north-westerly direction.
- George Street, Fenny Stratford – from its junction with Aylesbury Street, for a distance of 7.6 meters in a north-westerly direction.
- Church Street, Fenny Stratford – from its junction with Aylesbury Street, for a distance of 4.6 meters in a north-westerly direction.

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference NOT-057.
