Summary:
Milton Keynes City Council intends to make the following named traffic regulation Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 4(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:
Milton Keynes City Council (The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes) (Rusland Circus, Emerson Valley) (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) Order 2015) Variation Order 2024
The effect of the above proposed Order will be to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions at the junction of Rusland Circus and Hodder Lane in Emerson Valley.

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-385.
