Milton Keynes Council has prepared the following Order entitled:

THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON KEYNES (FOOTPATHS 54, 55 AND 56 CALVERTON PARISH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021

The Council has the powers to make a Public Path Diversion Order under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 in the interests of the landowner, or the public, or both.

Milton Keynes Council is now formally consulting on the proposed Public Path Diversion Order and therefore invites you to formally comment on the proposals.

Statutory consultation on the above proposal will start on 15 July 2021 and conclude on 13 August 2021.

Any representations about or objections to the Order together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to the Head of Legal Services, Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ to be received no later than 13 August 2021, quoting reference PE-WL-024507-PDO.  Any representations or objections must contain contact details for anyone submitting a representation or objection.

The closing date for this consultation is 13 August 2021.
