The Draft Development Brief aims to provide clear planning and design guidance for land adjacent to MK Gallery in CMK. This guidance will assist selected developers to determine future planning applications for this area that reflect best practice as well as the aspirations of the landowner, Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP), and other stakeholders.
