We are consulting on the Local Validation List to be used in the validation of planning applications and will use the feedback to prepare the final version of the Local Validation List.

The Local Validation List sets out the documents that the Local Planning Authority will require applicants to provide (depending on the type and scale of application) in order to make their planning application valid.
