The Brief has been informed by existing policy, the site context and reflects best practice, MKC Council Plan priorities as well as the aspirations and issues expressed by local stakeholders in informal consultation already held.

On completion of this consultation, the Brief will be amended to reflect, where appropriate, any comments received and then submitted to MKC Cabinet for approval in summer of this year.
