This 2.6 ha site includes the Brunel Centre, the former Sainsbury’s store and Wilko, and Stanier Square. It is owned by Milton Keynes Development Partnership and Milton Keynes City Council and its redevelopment forms part of the MK: Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Town Deal programme.

The Draft Brief provides an overview of the planning policy context, notably within Plan:MK and the Central Bletchley Urban Design Framework SPD, together with design principles to promote the submission of a high-quality redevelopment proposal. 

This consultation runs for six weeks, beginning Thursday 12 October 2023.  Representations on this Draft Development Brief must be received by 5pm on Thursday 23 November 2023.
