- 12.30pm - 1.00pm. Foodshare. Help reduce food waste, free fruit, vegetables and bakery items. Don't forget your bags. Based at Conniburrow Centre.
- 1.00pm - 2.30pm. Young Parents Group. Come along and meet other parents and enjoy fun activities with your child. (Under 25yrs parents only). Based at Conniburrow Centre.
- 1.30pm - 2.30pm. Let's Interact and Play. Advice and strategies to support and encourage your child’s speech & language? Six week course. Booking required. based at Pebbles Centre.
- 4.00pm - 5.00pm. Lego and Duplo club. CMK library, MK9 3HL. Time to be creative with bricks.
- 4.00pm - 5.30pm. Q:Hub, CMK library, MK9 3HL. Drop in club for LGBTQ+.

- 12.30pm to 2.00pm. Parent Hub. Are you a young care leaver who is now a parent? Come along and meet other parents & enjoy fun activities with your child.
- 1.30pm - 2.30pm. Stay and Play. CMK Library, MK9 3HL. Toys, stories and fun activities. (term time only).
- 9.00am - 12.00pm. Washing machine use - Bring your washing and detergent to use our washing machine and tumble dryer for a small contribution. Based at Pebbles Centre.
- 9.30am - 11.30am. Nurture Parenting Puzzle ,Creche available - A Course to get advice and tips on how best to deal with the challenges of family life. Speak to the team for more details.

- 8.30am - 12.30pm. Employment and career advice. Speak to a member of the team to book an appointment. Based at Conniburrow Centre.
- 9.30am - 10.30am. Walk and Talk. A walk around Linford Woods, you can attend with or without your child. (24 October-12 December). Meet outside the Conniburrow centre at 9.30am.
- 10.30am - 11.30am. Tea and Toast. Join us for a hot drink, slice of toast, fruit and play opportunities. Based at Conniburrow Centre.
- 9.30.am - 11.00am. Language Café - Is English your second language? Come and join us for games, conversations and writing to enhance you learning of the English language. Based at Pebbles Centre.
