The British Walking Federation (BWF) is a member of the International Federation of Popular Sports (IVV). The Waendel Walkers Club was formed in 1981 and became the first club to join the BWF (IVV). All walks are registered with the BWF(IVV) and on completing an event you can claim a stamp towards the IVV award scheme.

On all the walks they provide a detailed route description so that you can walk at your own pace on your own or with a group.  You can meet new people and improve your fitness as well as enjoying the countryside in all seasons and weather.
