The Milton Keynes Reader Service is a voluntary organisation which offers:

• a reading and writing service for visually impaired people in their own home
• a transcription service to convert written material into accessible formats such as
• large print, braille, memory stick, audio tape, CD and MP3
• a facilitation service enabling visually impaired people to go shopping and/or to participate in educational and cultural activities outside the home

It is available free to any disabled person living in the Milton Keynes area who finds accessing information difficult due to their sensory or physical disability.
