The Milton Keynes Dementia Information and Support Service (DISS) is here to support people with dementia, people with memory concerns and their carers.

Dementia Support Workers are experienced, trained Alzheimer’s Society staff who can give information, practical advice, tips and strategies based on your personal circumstances and support needs. Support, information and guidance are delivered by phone, email, online and/or face-to-face visits. We also run a variety of groups (both virtual and face to face) for people with dementia and their carers including Singing For The Brain, carer’s peer support groups and an empowerment group for people with dementia.
