The Milton Keynes Economic Recovery Plan (ERP) is a £3.5 million award winning programme of investment to intensively support the MK economy from winter 2020 to spring 2024.
MK City Council has worked in partnership with its business community in designing and delivering a programme of support specifically tailored for the city’s needs including specific programmes for young people and women.
Over the course of more than 2 years, MK City Council has worked with over 30 local and national partners to help more than 1650 local businesses and over 7800 Milton Keynes residents - each scheme has been strategically categorised to support the people and businesses of Milton Keynes from a diverse range of sectors, from sole traders to larger companies.
The scheme has also helped to support a wide range of communities, from Tech to the Creative Arts, Returners to Work, and those seeking out employment.
With the fund closing in March 2024, the InvestMK Team are open to hearing from regional community groups and training providers who are running similar schemes for their communities in Milton Keynes.
